Meet Julia: A Committed Community Advocate for Pacific Palisades
For 21 years, Julia has proudly called Pacific Palisades her home. She spent her first 12 years in the Highlands and the last 9 years in Marquez Knolls, Area 3, where she now seeks to represent her neighbors at the Pacific Palisades Community Council (PPCC).
Julia’s professional background is as diverse as it is impressive. She is an attorney, a certified divorce coach, a seasoned business entrepreneur, and the founder of the Butterfly Foundation, a non-profit committed to making a difference. Her commitment to the community is evident not only in her professional work but also in her personal life.
As a mother of four children who attended Pacific Palisades public schools, Julia has been deeply involved in the local education system. From active participation in the PTA to spearheading fundraising efforts for local schools and camps, she has consistently worked to enhance the educational experiences of children in the area. Her involvement extends beyond the classroom, with her children actively participating in programs at the Palisades Recreation Center, further deepening her connection to the community.
Julia’s leadership experience is also reflected in her service on the board of a Beverly Hills homeowners association and a non-profit board for The Special Needs Resource Center. These roles have honed her skills in governance, collaboration, and community service.
Julia views her candidacy as an opportunity to give back to the community her family has cherished for over two decades. With her extensive experience, deep-rooted connections, and a strong desire to serve, she is ready to represent and advocate for the residents of Pacific Palisades at the PPCC.
